It wont happen. Ingle may be reluctant to throw him straight in with Khan after such a serious injury but from Khan's perspective, fighting Brook in February makes little sense.

It would scupper any chance of fighting Mayweather in May. Plus, if you're in Virgil Hunter's position you wouldn't want this fight right now. Khan needs at least one more bout before he's fully prepared.

That may seem ludicrous talking about a former Olympic silver medallist and world champion who's been nine years pro, but it takes a lot of time and effort to correct ingrained poor technique. That's the task that Hunter has given himself, and fighting Guerrero would be the logical next step.

He was already offered $5 million by Hearns to fight Brook earlier so he'd probably make even more now. Thats gonna be far more than anything Floyd offers him.

This means after he beats Brook, he can negotiate top dollar vs Floyd. He could claim to be the best 147 in the UK and would have a title

I highly doubt Brook has even stepped foot in a gym since the stabbing and is probably out of shape. Its very unlikely hes gonna be 100% by February. Everyone knows that you get you're power from you're legs and if he can't plant them properly than his power is gone. Khan can also clinch him and walk him backwards or he could just box circles around him.
