        well,,,its not exactly difficult when a guy is throwing long telegraphed slow motion punches from left field. tyson was fairly good defensively early on tho with his upper body movement and such but a genious is a bit out there

              he definitely had a well developed defensive system

              lot of aggressive fighters today could benefit from a sound defense system. Tyson had one. Chavez had one

                  im too old and fat now lol. obviously a novice cant do that but tyson was a top notch professional so I dont think it was genious level with those type of punches bein thrown at him but yes tyson had very good defensive abilities while he was under rooney
