He makes the most absurd claims every fight, then when he's right one out of 200 he claims he's a prophet. So yes it's a dumb claim, Rios had 0 chance of winning that fight in any fashion let alone a jab KO.

You could have put money on Pacquiao getting Disqualified by low blows and you would have had a better chance. At least people getting disqualified by low blows actually happens.
