Pac is fighting an even worse guy in Algieri. A former kickboxer who switched over.

At least James Degale has pedigree, he won a gold medal in the Olympics after all.

Eddie Hearn has clearly had a word in DeGale's ear to start hyping this fight. He wants to put it on in January and keep the money in house.

Froch and DeGale were on Sky a few weeks ago and were very bum chummy with each other. There's no hatred there.

Hearn is trying to make everything a "domestic grudge match" to fleece the casual fans off the back of the Froch-Groves success. Cleverly-Bellew PPV...lol

DeGale just wants his shot. Can't blame him. Froch needs to make his mind up soon.

DeGale said he was fighting a former world title challenger on the Cleverly-Bellew card. My guess is Marco Antonio Periban.

How you gonna get motivated for a boring, awkward southpaw with little name outside his house? DeGale should go avenge his defeat in spectacular fashion vs Groves and then see.

May be because he is your mandatory challenger.

History repeating it's self....doesn't seem that long ago that Froch was saying the same thing about 'super Joe Calzaghe' does it ? Only difference being Joe was in another league.
Degale deserves his shot, so Carl retire or fight him , no one really wants this ****** Chavez fight in Vegas apart from you and the Mrs.

Erm, yes they do. Far more boxing fans wan't to see Froch-Chavez in a war than watch DeGale stink out the place as usual.

Why? He's getting his shot early next year, with or without Carl Froch. I'd rather they didn't fight cos I like them both!

Froch fought George Groves who was his mandatory so the Calzaghe comparison fails. I'd rather see Froch-Chavez Jr as would a lot of people.

So true, and so transparent, it's doing my head in. Eddie Hearn is like a used car salesman, people slag Frank Warren off all day long when Hearn Jr is just as bad.

Matchroom Boxing aka Sky Sports Boxing (same thing basically) are properly taking liberties by desperately trying to build Clev-Bellew 2 into a PPV event. They've even given them one of those ****** 'Gloves Are Off' shows, where they sit either side of a dimly lit IKEA table and chat awkward rubbish for an hour lol
