No disrespect, Loma is a great fighter, his achievements are fearsome. Salido was chosen for his twelve losses and time in grade, so him beating this Russian steamroller is just as meritorious as how well Loma lost.

Exactly. Loma to me just didn't know how to deal with the "rough" stuff that salido was doing, but did turn on the juice later on in the fight.

He shouldn't have had to deal with it, that was the referee's job.

My error, respect to the Ukranians. Loma has stepped up much further than expected. I'm just saying that easily beating Gary Russell and losing to Salido, even in a foul filled fight, says a lot about Salido. He will not go away easy.
