Well look at that, the guy everyone hates is the guy who's going to get Boxing back on Prime time network television. Danny Garcia on network would do some big big ratings, so would Broner.

The big picture here is Haymon seeing how UFC gets almost $100 million a year and their ratings have been pretty weak. If he can get that sort of a deal with NBC that's bigger then both HBO and SHO boxing budgets, I hope he can make it work.

Great. All we need. ANOTHER title holder in a division that's already saturated with title holders.

UFC has structure and is much more organized than boxing. All thier fighters are under one umbrella. Al Haymon productions/promotions on NBC will only be a fraction of the entire sport.

Once Floyd retires next year he wont even have a star in his stable. The closest would be Broner but Broner isnt no where as good as he thinks he is and will lose to any of the top 140lbers.

What does that have to do with anything? Of course all their fighters are under one umbrella just like all of Haymon fighters are signed to him. The UFC doesn't have all the MMA fighters in the world. Haymon already started signing everyone, if he gets this going there's no reason to think fighters aren't going to voluntarily sign up if he can get them the best paydays and exposure.

He already has Chavez jr trying to break from Top Rank along with Mikey Garcia, the guy has a plan in place.

Haymon actually has more to offer the networks then the UFC, if he's not going to run PPV's(big if) he's going to put all the best fights on network. The UFC has been giving Fox garbage while putting on the best fights on PPV or fight pass.

If Haymon really wanted to make a big splash he would need to convince Floyd to take a tune up on NBC. It's far-fetched but if Floyd is going to be the go to promoter for Haymon, they can do like Tyson did against Mathis on Fox 20 years ago.
