"Being a good, entertaining fighter"? Do you even know what kind of impact Gatti had on boxing by being that way? The guy drew TV viewers, high ratings, and giving the people their money's worth, so much to the point that it didn't matter if he loss, fans STILL wanted to see him fight. He kept the sport exciting not with his skills but his thrills.
I don't see how anybody who truly does take the HOF seriously would question the induction of a boxer who contributed to the sport in ways very few have.
