Any person with any common sense can tell you that Floyd is saying that he fears what may happen to him in a Pac fight because he feels Pac is on something (with no proof albeit).

Its the biggest compliment Pac has ever received. Floyd is saying that Pac is such an extrodinary fighter that what he's accomplishing cant be explained!
