Floyd mentions nothing of Pac refusing test in this interview with Bob Costas when he started mentioning how his health is more important than fighting Pacquiao.

It was before this. Thats where i first heard that quote come from. this interview is from 2012 where i believe Floyd was already being sued

Any person with any common sense can tell you that Floyd is saying that he fears what may happen to him in a Pac fight because he feels Pac is on something (with no proof albeit).

Its the biggest compliment Pac has ever received. Floyd is saying that Pac is such an extrodinary fighter that what he's accomplishing cant be explained!
