He's not going to fight Rigondeaux on the under card of Cleverly-Bellew

Quigg is clearly not ready to fight Rigondeaux. He and his team admit it.

Like it has been said already, this is a decent fight and a step up for Quigg (not exactly an achievement given who Quigg has faced so far as a "world champion").

And I agree this fight is more meaningful than the main event. I'm not even sure Cleverly and Bellew are top 15-20 at Cruiserweight.
