Sad news
I do however think through this pity, they will make Andre Ward pay for something not in his control or responsibility, which will make things really sour. I hope they do not pull some bs where the Goosen family owns Ward as manual labor to lay for their family and expenses.

Basically it's how this country was built and became wealthy. When the owner of another person dies, his surviving family now owns that person, who will work for them until they find a way out or die their self.Comment

People have different opinions on the matter. Why would asking a question about what would happens right after someone dies make it disrespectful? If you wait a few days, weeks, isn't the family still going to be in pain and won't Mr. Goosen still be dead? We all have different views. Respect others views as you want yours respected. If you don't like the thread, ignore it. Death is a part of life and like it or not, everybody is going to go through it. Life keeps going after you me or anyone else passes on.Last edited by megadeth; 09-29-2014, 12:39 PM.Comment

Doesn't Goosen have a business partner that was also at odds with him over Ward?
Pretty sure that is the guy that becomes the head of company don't know his name off hand and certainly couldn't pick him out of a line-up.
It isn't odd for boxing fans minds to go to this, sure it is sad but life goes on and most people were not personally connected with Goosen while they probably do want to see Ward fight
Still very sad and sudden though so I can understand certain feelings.Comment
