Actually a major one relating to liver cancer is hepatitis C. It's transmitted like HIV (sexually & via needles). There has actually been an increase since Tattoos have gotten so popular! Contrary to popular belief, even when new needles are used, one can still get infected getting a tattoo if the tattoo gun has not been properly sterilized.

He would have had to know about it for sometime because those symptoms do not just appear suddenly, they grow over time into major symptoms which are then sudden. He and Andre should have communicated and found peace before the decline.

We should ALL find peace as promptly as we can IMO. Life is too short and too unpredictable to hold grudges. Pride is meaningless in the grand scheme of things.

These type of situations remind us about the essence of life and give us a chance to reflect on it.

RIP Goosen. I wish his loved ones a lot of strength through all of this.

Alcohol, Tobacco, Obesity, and Diabetes are factors. Seems everything comes from those. Eat right and don't do those things is the take home message. Could have been genetic or environment but those are the highest on the list.
