At one time, I was sold on Chemito as a future elite. He really disappointed against Mares and this probably takes the percentage from 99 to 100 that we'll never see him on US TV again.Comment

I wouldn't mind seeing a clause that if the champion loses his title on a TD caused by cut he should get a rematch maybe not immediately but within 2 fights or so.
Srisaket/Cuadras-Vetakya/Donaire now this all champs lost their belts on cut shortened fights.Comment

Finally saw the fight it was pretty rough/wild at times well most of the time Payano certainly watched the Mares fight decided that stepping to Moreno was the way to go he had some success not always clean but it really wasn't that bad a result unfortunetly the cut happened bcse Payano was slowing down he used a lot of energy early by the mid-rounds Moreno looked more in control.
If there is a rematch I'd pick Moreno to win by dec.

Just got down to seeing it.
It was even, Moreno had already adjusted and started landing heavy shots to the body. Payano was already slowing down, he was on his way to losing as he didn't have much of anything else to offer. Moreno was killing him to the body towards the end of the 4th round, let up in the 5th but came on really strong in round 6.
