Why do Floyd fans keep bringing up the two times Manny rejected those ridiculous offers? If those were the 2 times Pac is to blame for failed negotiations, then so be it. 40 mill flat and unprecedented blood tests along with media accusations. Hmmmm. And that's just 2 of the roadblocks.

I think it's go time. Manny has looked "better" than floyd recently so the fight is almost back at its apex.

I think they make the fight this time around. Manny has his best chance to win right now. Floyd has slowed and manny has had real success against boxers. Besides, it's 5 years, same as SRL v Hagler so bob did same he did there-wait to make fight when his cash cow has the best chance to win.

So you actually think 50-50, drug testing was a ridiculous offer. Go away.

I doubt it. I doubt even then Arum will let Manny get in the ring with him. They're going to wait some more, at best. But in all honesty, he should probably stop tracking what Floyd is doing and concentrating on that Algeria guy he's fighting. Can't blame him for not wanting to though. The guy's probably impossible to get up for and the fight itself is a flop waiting to happen.

At Friday's weigh-in, Mayweather objected to the light blue Everlast MX gloves because he believed they were backloaded with a lack of padding. The Nevada State Athletic Commission ruled that the light blue gloves were illegal. However, a second set of MX gloves -- red in color -- were introduced and subsequently allowed by the commission.

Now who's the fool? Plain as day that Mayweather was going to let Maidana use his gloves until he saw that they were not legit and the Commission cosigned he was right. Mayweather said no to the other gloves which were legit because he was obviously upset about it and didn't trust Maidana AND who would after dude got caught trying to cheat. So you need to stop putting your foot in your mouth because I'm telling the truth and presenting the facts while you are all emotional with it.

It was accompanied with ACCUSATIONs that Manny was taking PEDs and they had no proof to back that up. Floyd and company was doing all that to throw Manny under the bus. 5 years later, they still bringing it up but now hired the guy who Floyd and company said was the fishy dealer who was giving Manny the PEDs.

              Those accusations was a sham.

The $40 million offer came out of nowhere and was meant to be a roadblock. Well, at least to objective people it was. Some Floyd fans realized that and admitted to it. Some like you bring it up as a legit offer that Manny should have taken........

That's a good offer if u like at hindsight. They were on equal level then. But the way the money team went about it by media accusations was not a good start right? But let's fast forward to today.

Yeah let's fastforward. Boy it's going to be rough sailing for Manny after this Algieri flop. To think, he had some offers on the table back then that he would kill for today. But he only knows that now in hindsight, like you say. Too bad they, and the dummies who enabled them, didn't have the foresight.

Great metaphor, I keep saying the same thing, the only mistake is you should compare Manny to Hagler in this case...

Uuuuhh OK...carry on Mr. Business man. And while u at it, u should write a letter to Floyd and give him advise on how to seal the deal quickly for his most lucrative fight before he gets any older. I think he didn't factor in Father Time when he was planning those silly roadblocks. I don't wanna hear that Floyd loss to Manny because he was just too old.
