What happened when Manny's side countered Floyd's demands? Did Floyd say yes or did he duck twice?

Floyd has so many roadblocks and excuses that even YOU should have gotten by now that Floyd is just not interested in fighting Manny. There are video clips of Floyd saying this as far back as 2010 and even 2014.

It makes perfect sense when you think of how easily Floyd beat JMM. Total embarrassment! Meanwhile Pac gets concussed by JMM and fights life and death with him every time.
