Here is my question: If they lied about Canelo's numbers, wouldn't they equally lie about Floyd's PPV numbers too? LMAO, this guy is pretty dumb and he looks like a rat too.

i don't think fraud jr will ever make more than 700k ppv buys again. die hard boxing fans as well as casual fans are tired of him running around the ring like a scared coward.

The thing I take away from this is Canelo-Lara was very anticipated within the boxing community, it was the fight we all wanted for Canelo, and they only did 230K.

Cotto-Martinez also was very anticipated within the boxing community. It was the fight we all wanted to see for Cotto, and they only did a reported 350K, which was probably closer to 300K in reality.

So Cotto and Canelo both coming off the fights that boxing fans wanted to see them in did a combined ~550K. Compare that to Mayweather's fights vs. Guerrero, Maidana I, and Maidana II, all of which did ~800K each.

I think what boxing fans are most afraid of finding out is that Hispanic fighters do not control the PPV money like everyone wants us to believe. Imagine if Mayweather (African-American) vs. Khan (Pakistani-British) does more PPV buys than Cotto (Puerto Rican) vs. Canelo (Mexican).

The boxing world would be thrown for a loop.
It was anticipated amongst the devoted boxing fans, the casuals gave no flying ****s about it. You can't compare a Lara fight to a Cotto showdown in terms of possible numbers, we all know Cotto can draw decent numbers.

The "Hispanic" community doesnt give a **** ass about who pushes the most numbers, they want to get drunk and watch 2 men punch eachothers face in until their hearts content. Floyd dominates those dates with no competition in sight, consumers have no other option on those festive dates. Now not only will the Mexican community have their own fighter on that date, but Cotto will pull his fare share and trust me, they will dent Floyd's PPV numbers. PR vs Mexico sells, especially in a fight of this caliber.

If Floyd outsells Canelo vs Cotto the world wont shatter for the Hispanic fanbase, or anyone else for that matter. In fact it's expected, especially since Floyd has been the headliner for so many years. But to believe Cotto vs Canelo wont have an impact on Floyd's numbers or believing Canelo vs Cotto will pull in similar numbers to the Lara fight is quite funny.

He's an idiot. And so is anyone who believes the reports that Mayhem did 925k. They came with that number like 2 days later, but before they had to wait over month, and Glaser had already exposed him

                      230K - vs. Lara?

                      325K - vs. Angulo?
