No because they were the best available options to him.

Justify a PPV? He fought Angulo on PPV!
Who else was he going to fight? Carlos Molina or something? Lara called him out at the post-fight, there was some hype behind that fight. There was no other fight he could take that would justify a PPV. There's a reason why his next fight isn't on PPV.

canelo can start by stop avoiding his real weight class aka middleweight.

if golovkin beats rubio to win the WBC interim title then he should be next in line to fight cotto, not canelo.

Don't get me wrong, they were both the best match-ups to take but lets not pretend he took them out of the goodness of his heart.
My point was more his willingness to fight 3 of the best boxers in the world as being a testimony to him not saying that he will take a fight and not actually do it.

Yet TBE already gave this "throwback" warrior his first L. You sound simple, son.

You wouldn't put a penny you found on the street on GGG to beat SOG. You know that, so please stop killing yourself on these boards.

Nobody is afraid of SOG? So why won't Froch, Kessler or Abraham avenge their one sided losses to SOG?

Why did Team GGG state a few months ago that they weren't ready for SOG???

goodboy vs canelo would be scary exciting. it would be an aesthetic fight. both guys are pleasing on the eyes in terms of their styles. canelo wouldn't win, but he'd land. good boy's chin is legit, but it would have to get tested.

canelo's chin is legit, too. he got frustrated against floyd because of the speed and counterpunching, but he was sturdy as hell, even at 152 lbs and drained.
Will be nice to see canelo as a filled out 160lber. It's clear that's where he should be fighting right now

I'd love to see him test the waters vs guys like Vera, Rosado and stevens. Exciting fights right there

Canelo is a cash cow. Nobody gives a **** about boring Andre Ward.
