Shane beat Margarito because of his speed, clinching and body work. Shane hurt Margarito to the body and tied him up whenever Tony tried to start working. He hurt Margarito with shots he didn't see because of his handspeed and power. Even then it took 8 or 9 rounds to make a dent in Margarito who was not at his best in that fight either.

The hell does Mayorga do that even comes close to what Shane did? He'd be live for 5 or 6 rounds with his wild ass **** but soon the circus would be over and Margarito would kill him in the second half of the fight.
