It's not nonsense. Berto was an overrated al haymon hype job. Broners 1st fight at 147 was against paulie. Now he went back down to 140 lbs.

Sometimes I wish tennis was as interesting as boxing, so at least we could see the best in the sport compete against one another. Floyd has made the world of boxing his stage. I can't wait till he's 40 and completely irrelevant. Guy is a total illiterate tool

He just beat the guy that was supposed to be next in line to fight Manny. 3) Mauricio Herrera was an ESPN fighter before he fought Danny Garcia and everyone knows he was robbed in that fight.(Tells you espn fighters are pretty good). Both Chris Byrd and Brandon Rios are on record picking Algieri to win so who's word should we take, yours or that of two professional fighters?

Dude, by reading your comments for the past few days it's obvious to me that you love Floyd so you feel the need to hate Manny so I get why you're bashing this fight. You want to hate Manny fine by me, but personally I'm picking and pulling for Algieri to win being that I'm a New Yorker so this why I'm ripping apart your arguments that are totally bias anyway. Let's meet back here again after Chris beats Manny so I can hear your excuses on how Chris only won cause Manny is shot.
147 in kickboxing? So why not 147 in boxing? Somebody had a reason to tell him to go to 147. Isn't there bigger fights @ 147? Why would they tell him to go to 140? Maybe because he doesn't have a lot of power. You know who else Hererra fought before Garcia? Provodnikov, Mike Alvarado, and Karim Mayfield. Was Garcia a welterweight...NO! I should take Rios' opinion? That's your evidence of Algeri's greatness, another jr. welterweight who had no business being in the ring with Pacquiao? That's not a good look son! If Algeri wins, of course it shows more about Manny than Algeri. I'm not hating on Algeri, but he does not belong in this fight. If Floyd was fighting Algeri, instead of Maidana, do you know what everyone would be saying about Floyd? BANANAS! If Floyd picked Danny Garcia next, instead of Khan or Thurman, do you know what everyone would be sayin'? Come on son! GTFOH wit' dat' BS! Your supporting a double-standard and you're not doing a good job at it either.

Puerto Rico's biggest star told Raul Alzaga that his final decision, regarding his next opponent, will be determined by money. Cotto and members of his team are evaluating two possible scenarios - a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, or a rematch with Manny Pacquiao on June 9th - also in Las Vegas.

Then changed his mind when Pac offered

Btw its hilarious Floyd will fight blown up Cotto at 154, but need a CW against a genuine SWW, in only his 5th division

Swift is more deserving of a floyd fight then both khan and thurman imo...i think the boxing public would accept a floyd/swift fight while floyd/khan will garner alot of critism from fans..as for thurman...HE AINT READY YET!
