It's chaotic on NSB, . All I see from Floyd's minions is "B-bbbut Floyd is guaranteed $32M regardless" and "If Canelo and Cotto take the May date from Mayweather it'll hurt Pacquiao too!", .

Compare Floyd's PPV numbers with Canelo on the May/Sep dates and without him and you'd see how Canelo has been pushing his fair share with the Mex-Am fan base. Than take into account the record guarantees Floyd gets, the kind of lackluster cards that result from these guarantees, and what it takes for SHO to break even or profit. Now put that against Cotto vs Alvarez, PR vs MEX, with a competitive undercard (if HBO is smart), and let's see how this shakes up. Like some other poster mentioned, it would be suicide if SHO tried to match. I'd pay for Cotto vs Canelo over any other headliner unless it's Floyd vs GGG or PAC, provided the undercards were comparable.

And i see the riff, split, favortism, or whatever you want to call it getting bigger. Oscar was to make it better, since he started it all, and make boxing for the fans but this is a step in the wrong direction. I dont mean Canelo deal cause thats business and im a Canelo fan but why push for something that he knew would create this type of chaos.

I know Floyd is hated but cant you kids see that this is making the sport worse. Now we have those screaming they hope Showtime dies out. Why so we can have less boxing? That makes no sense to me at all.

Do you realize that this is just a big plan that almost everyone in boxing is secretly in on??? It's all being to force Floyd hand and finally get your god to grow a pair so he can fight the Filipino midget????? Lol

Nope. We just want to see less, garcia-salka type of cards.

If its true that HBO already exhausted their budget for boxing then with one less channel we will get nothing.

Would probably end up with MSG with Cotto in June.
