I disagree, Povetkin didnt even have a chance to try fight it out. As it turned out we all know he wouldnt (because he isnt good enough inside... because he developed in an era where inside fighting isnt practiced in Amateur or professional), but first second first round the ref set the precedent for the entire fight, Klitschko just needs to grab hold for a few seconds and they will be broken and moved to a more Wlad friendly distance

Basically a long winded whiney thread about Floyd beating Chino, lol. If youre fighting a guy that uses dirty tactics like trying to knee you in the nuts, or biting you, low blows, tackling, and rabbit punching. I would advise you to clinch also. But no mentioning of all the dirty crap Chino used. Thats how I know this is a butthurt thread about Floyd. Why no mention of all the dirty tactics that are much more of a threat than strategically Clinching. Why no mentioning about someone biting another fighter, oh because it was Floyd getting bit or tackled. And how do you know if a fighter is hurt and clinches? or how about learning to avoid getting clinched, but some of you dont like fighters who avoid getting hit.

There was more clinching in the Brook/Porter fight than there was in the Floyd/Maidana fight. Maidana just didn't cut off the ring well, he needed to be like he was in Khan fight where he was putting constant pressure on Khan.

Like I posted in another thread about Clinching, I don't mind it, I feel like it is the opposing fighters job to game plan for it


However I have a problem with Clinching as far as grabbing the back of the had and putting guys in head locks and I also have a problem when fighters push down on the back of a fighters head and also PUTTING WEIGHT ON FIGHTERS and Leaning on them. Now that is the type of Clinch I have a problem with, Ref calls Break and you leaning on them until Ref Literally has to come over and pull you off of a guy

But as far as the Sandy Saddler STYLE, Clinching to get inside then releasing and working inside like Ward and B-Hop does now, I don't have a problem with that but Khan Clinching is BS, the Pulling down the back of the head then putting guys in Headlocks, that is BS, Wlad does it as well, Wlad I respect but he literally LEANS ON TOP of guys Backs.

But AGAIN regardless if it is Wlad, Ward, B-Hop, Khan WHO EVER, their opponents should come prepared for those tactics

Brook vs Porter clinches did not bother me as much because Kell CAME PREPARED FOR PORTER TACTICS and beat him at his own game inside
