Yea it's a ****** cop out thing to say, and when someone says this it's clear they just can't deal with a loss their fighter took, you are right, the scores before a stoppage become irrelevant the minute a stoppage occurs. It's about as pathetic as saying "well, my horse was winning, before the actual winner passed him and crossed first".

it's important to see whether or not a guy was out of his depth before getting knocked out, otherwise for his future people will be "oh, didn't he just get dominated for 6 rd's and ko'd? this guy doesn't stand a chance, sht fight" but if he put up a fight "yea he got ko'd but he put up a hell of a fight before being stopped, i think unless whathisface stops him an upset is very possible"

as boxing fans it's only right we pay attention and take into consideration as much as possible til the last second

How many teams were winning until Jordan hit the game winning shot?

When Khan says he was "dominating" Garcia until he got KO'd lol. As if it was like he got caught in the last round or something.

2 rounds boxing like an idiot and then getting sparked.

I was factoring in Floyd's pet ref, he has a couple of them on the TMT payroll.
