Like Him Or Not, Arum Is Spot On; Not A Good Legacy Left Behind

Nobody else before him avoided the best of the best, in their prime, fighting multiple times if need be. Nobody was more strategic to WHO they fought and WHEN. None of the legends before him put money first. Nobody fought at home every fight of their career.... All to say he made more money than anyone and to brand, market and promote a fabricated "0". Good for Floyd, hope he saves his money. But in an era where we have how many organizations, have how many title holders per division, Floyd's claim to have fought 17 or 19 title holders or whatever that ****** number is, over a 19 year career is ******. None of that crap puts him in the same category or above the likes of Hagler, Leonard, Hearns, Duran, Benitez, Pryor, Arguello to name a few. Floyd could have fought Dela Hoya at least twice. Could have fought Cotto & Mosley 10 yrs earlier and multiple times. Could have fought Pacquiao three times by now. And fought the best in their prime. Floyd will be broke one day. All the million dollar cars will be gone, the entourage will dry up. We've seen this play out before; Floyd is no different. And he'll spend the rest of his life answering why he avoided Manny his entire career and he'll keep sharing all these lame excuses to any idiot that wants to listen and believe him. Nobody cares how long the dudes career was or how much he made. He avoided the biggest fights in boxing, all for a safe trip to the bank. Nobody CARES! He's not good for Boxing. Been good for his bank account and for the hanger ins, good for Vegas Casinos. Boxing overall will be better off when Floyd goes away. Tired of his story.

I never said a word against Mayweather until the day he changed his opponent's gloves with 24 hours prior to the actual fight.
Even now I don't say much -- but I was very disappointed then by the binding precedent he established in boxing.
