Without a doubt a fighter that ducks another fighter is clearly an act of cowardliness in a combative sport such as boxing.
Kos happen in the sport. Now, if a huge underdog upsets a fighter by KO or A great fighter upsets a fighter by KO its what the guy does after the KO loss that is important to his legacy.

Ducking a fighter is degrading in the sport of Boxing. Getting Kod happens to the best and can either ruin a fighter or make him better. You win some you lose some. SSR lost fights. Hes known as the best to ever lived.

Floyd's - in his own mind - isn't IMO. And it's exactly the reason why Floyd's desperately going for that 0.
