Khan would fight Thurman but with a Mayweather fight right around the corner, he can't risk.

And enough of this 'Maidana earned his shot' bull**** please, he beat an overhyped, blown up lightweight. And since when do you have to 'earn' shots at Floyd anyway? How did Guerrero, Ortiz and Maidana get shots at him? By beating Berto and Broner?

Anyway, I agree with Khan, I don't think Floyd can really hurt him. Even if he does time him and hurt him, he's not the kind of fighter who's gonna go for the kill and finish him off. This fight would definitely go the distance.

it's not bragging about a loss, chino had his chances because he earned it. khan begs for it, and he shows no intentions of earn it like maidana did. what part of that don't you get? you brag about a fight that happened 4 years ago that khan barely survived. and how did morales beat chino? diaz actually had a bigger case against khan than morales vs maidana. diaz KD amir and hurt him bad at the end of the fight

At least Diaz had two eyes the whole fight, Morales had one shut for 11 rounds and had Maidana look clueless chasing him around swinging for fences and still did enough to get a nod.

That was a flash knockdown and didn't hurt Khan as he got right back up, you're just stretching it now.


I'm not bragging about Khan-Maidana, I was pointing that the reason why you can't get enough about slandering Khan is due to that fight, which was a while ago. I mean even I get tired of joking around about Khan's rivals.

Khan doesn't deserve sheet. Neither Floyd, nor Brook, but he may and just may get either, or, because he is a genuine super star in boxing regardless of people being clueless or playing dumb about it.Why is it that Kell Brook after winning a belt not even get mentioned for Floyd, yet Khan is in talks? I don't think anyone should be dismissive of Khan's skills. I am sure Khan could give Floyd or Manny problems @ 147. The problem with Khan is that he didn't have a stellar career @ 140, and the Diaz fight was disastrous. Khan did follow up with a win over Collazo, but that kind of fight does not put you in position for a mega-fight with Floyd or Manny. All he has to do is beat Thurman in 2014, and I believe he gets the Mayweather fight in May. If he chooses Josesito Lopez, then I think he's targeting Brook, and not looking for Mayweather or Pacquiao.
