As in Matthysse should have had the title from facing Peterson thus Danny beating Matthysse should have given him that belt.

I'll spell it out for you since you don't have the facilities to work it out. Garcia has a good chin and great timing. It showed when he took a bit of a beating as he was having trouble with Khan's blistering handspeed but eventually he managed to figure it out and he timed his ****** hook AS Khan was punching. Because his timing is fantastic and Manny throws multiple punch combos, it makes sense that he'll have a chance to land it at some point. On top of that, Garcia's chin is ****ing solid, whilst Mannys power seems to be lacking of late and he's not sitting down as much, so Garcia will voluntarily take a bit of a beating again until he can get that hook off. On top of that Manny was buzzed off of Bradley and it seems that his punch resistance is waning, so yeah I think he could do to Pac what he did to Khan.
