  • i'd like to see the fight if Floyd wont fight him in May.

first its an interesting new name instead of the barrage of rematches that Pacquiao usually entertains (Cotto), needs (Bradley) or wants to make (Marquez)

    Also its a crosspromotional effort

    • Danny ices him but why is PAC picking on another 140 pounder. That would be 4 in a row

Because he knows to stay away from Canelo and Thurman...and it's too obvious.

I'll spell it out for you since you don't have the facilities to work it out. Garcia has a good chin and great timing. It showed when he took a bit of a beating as he was having trouble with Khan's blistering handspeed but eventually he managed to figure it out and he timed his ****** hook AS Khan was punching. Because his timing is fantastic and Manny throws multiple punch combos, it makes sense that he'll have a chance to land it at some point. On top of that, Garcia's chin is ****ing solid, whilst Mannys power seems to be lacking of late and he's not sitting down as much, so Garcia will voluntarily take a bit of a beating again until he can get that hook off. On top of that Manny was buzzed off of Bradley and it seems that his punch resistance is waning, so yeah I think he could do to Pac what he did to Khan.

Just to let you know, you're a baw bag.
How is Manny's power lacking? He had Rios bleeding and swollen up and we all know Rios has a solid chin too. Not only that but he even rocked Rios at times too.

Khan kept doing the same thing over and over, so it's no surprise that Garcia could time him, especially when he was landing that hit even before the first knockdown. Pacquiao takes his time and has more control over his aggression, as shown in the Bradley fight. Heck, even if the left hook did land, it's not a guarantee that it will knock Manny down (unless you're talking multiple hits, which is VERY unlikely). Manny took shots from both Rios and Bradley but he took them well so I don't see how you can say his punch resistance has waned.

In the end, Pacquiao is not Khan and thus, this would be a different kind of fight for Garcia.

              • I'd love to see Pacquiao knock DG out cold, and then see his daddy crying over his twitching body.

                • I agree with Danny. He has that certain style that's been a bane to Pacman forever and Pacman isn't getting any younger.

So Danny fights like Marquez?? Cause I swore Marquez was the only fighter manny had problems with.. Oh wait let me guess, danny is gonna box pac's ears off like what Bradley was suppose to do right?

I don't think Garcia is experienced enough, or smart enough, to have the success Marquez did. What Garcia does have going for him is that left hand and power. He can turn Pacquaio's lights off if he lands. But that's the problem, can he land?

I don't see this fight happening anyway, just a fantasy.
