Did they negotiate 2x? Just because Pac SAYS he wants the fight, you believe it? How many times have both Arum and Pac said that, only to do the direct opposite once the opportinity presented itself? Both are guilty, imo, but Floyd is the one ultimately in control here and if he showed an earnest desire to make the fight and demanded Ellerbe and Haymon to make the fight, it would get made, imo. Until that happens, it doesn't matter what Pac thinks or says. Pac needs the money and Arum needs the relevance NOW and they have obviously moved on their PED testing position, so imo, it's all on Floyd now. He talks about the fans and so forth, but time after time, he double talks, manages to weasel out of directly answering questions regarding Pacquiao, and finds some latino to help carry a PPV event. I'm a fan of Floyd's inside the ring, and I think he's one of the greatest skilled fighters of all time, and perhaps THE greatest defensive fighter or all time, but his act has become somewhat stale with the same old Total Access, venue, result, Latino opponent, etc. It's time for him to dare to be truly great and to finish his career with a **** instead of a thud like what appears to be happening right now. PPV numbers are going to be around 700-750k imo, and who else is out there where he can do 1.5 or 2.5 like he could with Manny and make 100 million instead of 32 million? His nickname is 'Money' yet he's not interested in the biggest Money fight and payday of his career? smh...doesn't add up so you have to say either he's scared and doesn't think he can win, or he's just a petty little bidtch and not worthy of the TBE he calls himself, and certainly not worthy of ALL TIME great legacy status the real great ones EARNED fighting the best of their era.
