all the referees were given the same instructions it seems, all the fights except the vasquez fight(could be wrong, stopped paying attention to this fight) had a point taken away, and with little warning

floyd had a sit down with them and told them all, be super strict with illegal tactics, but allow excessive holding and just make sure to break as soon as possible as i dont want my ribs caved in

the incentive mayweather/haymon placed on the referee's was basically cheating, maidana wasn't even allowed to stay close to floyd, nevermind if there was a clinch
