I'm not much of a Mayweather fan, but I think Chino did bite him. I do think Floyd tried to oversell it too. With a mouth guard and the thick padding of the gloves, I don't see it doing that much damage and numbing his left hand the rest of the fight.

You can open you mouth leaving either your bottom or top teeth exposed-- just as is done in talking. Second of all, the bottom of the glove is not padded. So the bottom set of teeth reasonably can go through the bottom of the glove. Along with the pressure from the top set which would be in the guard.

And if you ever got your fingers bit, you would know about the numbness.

please give me a freaking break anyone in here who actually boxes knows that you can barely feel anything where floyd was *****ing about getting bit. Ive had to take off my 10oz gloves and i bite the end to help pull them off and i have never felt anything also floyds gloves have so much padding to protect his hands. He was showing everyone where he got bit and chino must have the jaws of life to do that much damage, so floyd needs to man the hell up. He looked like he was pulling an Adrian Broner after maidana "headbutted" him and tried to get him DQ'd.

It was self defense, mayweather was trying to suffocate Maidana, covering his mouth and nose so he couldn't breathe, that was attempted murder from mayweather. Maidana was just acting on self defense.
