            Into the same vid above Rafael states that the no-compete clause into a contract isn't taken into account.
            Though, Schaefer is still a GBP shareholder as I remember...

                  Oscar knows there's no court in the USA that will say Schaefer can't work until 2018; anyways the non-compete is only in California anyways because GBP is Cali based company while Top Rank is a Nevada based etc.
