Into the same vid above Rafael states that the no-compete clause into a contract isn't taken into account.when did he say he didn't?

Why do we even have the term "non-compete clause" if they're never enforceable?De La Hoya filed the arbitration claim in June. The hearing should have taken place and it should have been resolved by now. There is obviously more to this situation than Oscar is telling. As far as the non-compete contract, it is not worth the paper it is printed on. You cannot legally prevent a person from earning a living in their chosen career
