Danny had a good bit of trouble with Judah, a southpaw with fast hands. I don't see him bulldozing pac. The left hook isn't as easy to land on a southpaw. But also you mention Danny's straight right. It's never been an incredibly powerful right for him. Most of his kos come from his left hook.
And besides Herrera is the 140 champ. Danny isn't even at welter yet.

But I would still say there's a chance that danny could beat him. He's been the underdog most of the time so it wouldn't surprise me if he won

I'd need to see further decline against Algieri before I'd even consider Garcia beating Pacquiao. He's exactly the opponent Pac got criticized for fighting during the height of the Mayweather/Pacquiao nonsense.

Danny has overrated power.

What is bad for him is, he doesn't look when he throws his hooks. Pac would hook the hooker and honestly destroy his face. Danny is tough so I don't think he will get KD but his face will tear up.

If this fight comes off next year I see Garcia destroying the Pacman in one round. Pacquiao cant take a punch anymore. Marquez has ruined his chin for good. Pacquaio is getting shaken up by powder puff punchers like Bradley. His chin is on par with Seth Mitchell. Even someone farting is too risky for Manny.

Garcia will land the jab then the right hand. Pacquiao wobbling around the ring like a really bad ice skater. Echo's of Tyson and Berbick. Garcia speed is too much for Manny to handle and boom the left hook lays the Pacmonster out. Freddie Roach and other Pac fanboys rush in to give him first aid and their dream of mouth to mouth action with their idol coming true.
