But the power difference was night and day

Changaev is a tough guy but this Ortiz has something a little special about him, and fast hands for a man his size
224/221 that is what they show on tv

He was getting tagged and threw two sissy slaps to the air when the ref got between it, still he did a little rumba dance to the right, early yes, horrible not and he can blame himself for that...

Kayode looked absolutely awful and literally did nothing right. I didn't think Ortiz showed anything aside from decent power because he didn't get the chance.

I'll take you word for it, still 233 in that frame is awesome...

Ortiz is a decent heavyweight fighter. He's got good boxing skills, he's patient and he picks his shots well, he's got good hw power and he seems to be in great shape. I've followed this guy for last 3-4 years as he flew under the radar and finally he's getting some recognition with this impressive win.

Robert Byrd is usually a very sensible ref but he pulled the plug way too quickly on this one. Lateef was hurt but he was definitely not 'out on his feet' and he should've been given a few more seconds to respond.

In any case, I like what I saw from Ortiz and hope he gets back into the ring this year against some of the other top contenders.

Ortiz is already my favorite cuban fighter.
