As a Floyd fan I agree that Kenny was much to quick to break them up. With that being said Floyd didn't get warned for clinching because the majority of his clinches along the ropes were initiated AFTER PUNCHING. He rarely just reached out and grabbed.

I guess you missed that Floyd did, as pointed out by the Showtime commentators
