        I always bring up Juan Diaz for example, dude is in AMAZING shape yet look at his body. You don't have to look like Timothy Bradley or Klitchko to be in shape. Sure Andy Ruiz needs to drop weight, but he does 12 rounds of sparring in the gym, how many athletes can do that?

        He will never be cut or look like people want him to.
        Good points. Juan Diaz was one of those fighters. Although he did dedicate plenty time to getting educated which took time from his training.
