Gilberto is going to be a problem. I'm really looking forward to him making history at 168 or higher in Mexican History. Best prospect for sure.

Oscar Valdez is an intense fighter and has a strong Olympic background. Kid has talent and hype behind him.

Berchelt, although he got KO'd in one before, he used it as a learning lesson. Before he would come out wild from the bell and attempt to rip your head off, leaving himself susceptible for big counters. Although his defense leaves a lot to desire he is constantly trying to improve it since. His last fight he managed to produce a spectacular KO that I'm sure provided the Scorpion with the morality boost he needs.

We don't have much going on for us at the heavier weights but Andy is something unique for us. His speed and power are quite flashy and entertaining to watch. Let's see where he goes with his career.

I have yet to watch Chuko Diaz, will look into him and his skill set later.

Ortiga is one of the 3 prospects at 122 that I'm really interested in. Perhaps not as strong as the other two but he's very talented.

Gutierrez is my personal favourite. Up until his most recent string of fights he was putting down damn near everyone he fought. His power remains and it's evident since he nearly puts everyone away he fights, I'm just glad he is going the distance to bank in rounds. Except for fast footwork, this kid has a lot of things going for him. Power, combinations, defense, effective pressure and a ****ing chin and heart that shocked me on his last fight. Got his yea knocked off his shoulders by a switch hitter in between stances throwing the perfect uppercut that caught him off guard, although he went down for a few seconds, he got back up and beat his man down in a lopsided event that nearly brought his opponent night to an end early.

Nacho on his corner, power, speed and technical, he might be something special in the making. Nacho already feels confident he will become world champion soon, those accolades from a legend in the sport mean more than just that. He see's something in Vargas that hopefully the entire wold will get to see soon.

Orozco is extremely entertaining. He too displayed massive heart after taking a brutal KD and coming back from it to win a UD over rugged Honorio. I've only seen him fight 5 - 6 times but he always puts on a show.

Ivan Morales isn't a sibling who just carries the last name of his Legendary brother Erik, he is his own person with his own style in the ring. I remember not too long ago he was wanting to leave the sport behind to pursue other ventures, I'm glad he stayed and is working on his path towards a title shot. Interested to see where he goes from here.

I think Ramirez and Valdez will be World Champs for a long time and lead the next generation of Mexican boxing.

Berchelt reminds me so much of Orlando Salido. Funny that they have two common opponents in Weng Haya and Cristobal Cruz too.

Ruiz Jr. is very unique for Mexican boxing. I'd like to see Ruiz Jr. vs. Arreola one day.

Chuko knocked out Miguel Beltran Jr., who Roman Martinez barely beat. Youngest on the list too, so plenty of time to get better. Has taken a few fighters "Os" too.

I have El Indio ahead of Gutierrez and Vargas because he's faced better competition. His win over the tough Enrique Quevedo was solid.

Gutierrez was very impressive in the Macias fight. Showed a lot of poise. Still only 21 years old too. Stiff test in Hugo Ruiz on November 8th.

Vargas hasn't faced the best competition, but like you said, he has Beristain's stamp of approval. I see some flashes of Erik Morales in him sometimes.

I think you're thinking of the Huerta fight where Orozco got hurt really bad. He came back with a highlight reel knockout the next round though. I think Orozco is solid. Should make for exciting fights in his career.

Morales just notched his biggest win in Cesar Canchila. Looking forward to seeing his progress.

Fat Andy is outlasting the rest of the list. As soon as the rest of the drivers step up to C+ level opposition we will start scratching our heads.

You might be right about Orozco, it's been a while but since I last sat down and watched his fights. You are right about Salido and Berchelt, 2 common opponents and they are both at 130, they also look similar lmao. Damn. Good one.

Morales looks like he is becoming a solid fighter himself. I can't wait to start watching Chuko, sounds like i'm in for some good fights.

Not really, most of them have already stepped up and beat down C+ opponents quite soundly. Whether you realize it or not Mexico's younger talent is breaking the mold in regards to the Mexican style of boxing. Gilberto Ramirez alone is a top notch prospect and has had some solid wins over decent opposition already.

Perhaps you're attempting to bait, seeing as how your track record has shown your distaste for anything having to do with Mexican fighters. So IDK if you're serious or not but there is some serious talent down there right now.

Already fought C+ level fighters? hehe. You gotta be kidding me right? Ok maybe B- level but that's all I'll give you.

#4 Fat Andy will outshine this squad lol.
