Who Says Algieri Will Give manny A Tough Fight, Possibly Upsetting Him

I think Chris Algieri's height "advantage" is going to work against him. He's going to have a lot of trouble landing on pacquiao and once manny gets under that jab he's going to unleash his lethal combos. I don't know about a knockout but it's going to resemble the ODLH fight at times and it all depends on how good Algieri's chin is, because everyone knows Oscar's is granite.

That's a good comparison based on their statures.

Doesn't have the pop to earn Manny's respect.

Doesn't have anywhere near the skill to keep Manny from landing consistently.

He's in trouble.

He's not mixed any where near this level.

As much as I love to see the underdog beat the sure thing, I just finished rewatching the Provo fight and I officially give Chris zero chance here. You just can't miss him with a hook in close or when he tries to circle away on the inside. He drops his hands evey time. Plus, his feet are over rated. He is off balance often even though he rarely commits to shots. I'm rooting for Chris, seems like a good guy and I like underdogs, but Manny eats him alive. The big difference is that Provo has to be set to punch. His rhythm can be disrupted. Manny is rarely out of position to throw.
