In 2008, ODH had been at MW manny fought his previous fight at 135, they fought at 147. Why couldn't ODH fight Floyd at 147 in 2001? He was at 154 while Floyd was at 130-so isn't 147 a possibility? High risk, no reward. that is why he didn't.

Floyd said because of his hands being hurt. IMO it was a little bit of that but moreso to grow his brand by taking advantage of his new found celebrity status garnered from his performance on the 24/7.
