Floyd is a known liar man, he also said there was no second negotiations and told a reporter that the reporter was lying and putting words in his mouth, because the reporter asked Floyd about him saying yes Pacuiao you are next during the Ortiz presser and Floyd said no I never said that.

All this shows is Floyd surprise is not Manny so he can't use that to make people anticipate a Pac fight, Floyd has been piggybacking off names to make himself big, what he does is uses a fighter who has momentum and than waits for them to lose and randomly goes on rants about them.

Pac has never randomly went on a rant about Floyd he never talks about him unless some reporter asks about him.

Floyd came out of retirement with no intention of fighting Pacman, his intention was all a ploy to fight some lesser guys while giving people the hope of facing Pac and putting the blame on Manny, yet waiting for someone to finally whoop him.

If Floyd was so great he would have added a prime Pac to his legacy and whooped him ina rematch for an extra 100 million plus.
