                        I have no issue with Berto getting paid, but.....

                        The pay grade should always correspond with the grade of the opposition and the level of fight.

                        The reason we see all these mismatches as of late is because these fighters are getting paid well to fight low grade opponents. Where is the motivation for them to reach higher, when they are getting paid well just to appear in mismatches?

                        When you wonder why the fights we thirst for are not made, all you need to do is look at the pay scale. The hunger is gone.

                            Showtime has been garbage since Hershman left; all the bull**** showcase fights from HBO migrated to Showtime with GBP/Haymon.

                            Its hard to believe this is the network that brought us the Super Six and Batamweight tourney. RIP Showtime.
