Anyway, Arum said that Mayweather agreed to fight Margarito but wanted higher guarantees for his fights against Cotto, Hatton and Oscar. Arum said it wasn't possible so Mayweather left.

Distance management by Maidana will be the BIG difference in the fight. We know his awkwardness can find Floyd, as proven in the first fight. The shots land. However, he ended up on the inside and when the hooks are thrown at that range, they dont have as much power as they would from mid range. Plus a lot of shots would end up on Floyds back due to improper distance management.

He will catch Floyd like he caught Broner, with a weird shot from the proper distance and it will have the impact it needs to put him down.

Also, Floyd will head into this one more defensive minded and aware than the first. When you are concentrated in out boxing and out classing your opponent, a shot can have a bigger surprise factor than in a situation when you are exchanging and expecting to get hit. Which is what happened with the first Broner KD.

I expect those two factors to play a key difference in this fight.

Jr the Illiterate is telling the boxing world they need young judges hahahahaha he can't even read and he is telling us what we need ?

But yall get on that wagon with dat boy, his AZZZZZ

Jr just put the pressure on the ref and has the judges in his pocket.

I reckon Jr should just tell the commission to chain Maidana to the corner, chain his hand to his feet so he can't swing and put a pillow on Maidans forehead so he can't butt if Jr the Illiterate stumbles forward from nerves and make it a foul if Maidana hollars............BOOOOO !!!! That would make Jr **** his panties .

I think some background is necessary here. So according to Arum, Mayweather agreed to fight Margarito pending certain guarantees on future fights, like $20m for Oscar, $10m for Hatton and Cotto. Arum refused so instead of Margarito, Mayweather bought out his contract and fought Baldomir instead. Then Oscar and Hatton. For much more than what Arum said he could do.

During Mayweather's retirement, Arum and Haymon did business together (Hopkins-Pavlik, for instance) and had a tense but viable working relationship. When Mayweather un-retired, he stated his desire to fight Pacquiao but also expressed reservations regarding Arum and his fear that Arum wouldn't want to feed his cash cow (Pacquiao) to a guy who might beat him and wasn't even signed to him. The 2010 negotiations permanently killed that relationship. This is where we are today.

                  **edit: Taylor-Pavlik, not Hopkins**

Floyd needs to pull away during the mid to late rounds and shut Maidana down on all the cards.

A couple of judges might take offense at being replaced by younger judges.

                    .

Of course Mayweather is not concerned with any of the officials, they are all in his pocket already so why would he be worried.
