The problem with this whole thing is that even if any of this was true Mayweather would not get punished. It's a lawsuit not a criminal case, why is it a lawsuit? Because she has no proof any of this actually happened. Shantel and Allred are banking that Mayweather will just want this to go away and settle out of court. They're entire approach is to use Mayweathers past history as evidence that Shantel is telling the truth.

Thing about this is she has now opened herself to scrutiny, everything about her will now be fair game. Expect Mayweathers lawyers to dig deep, remember when Mayweather was locked up there were rumors that 50 fuxed Shantel, Mayweather gets out has a falling out with 50 then weeks later sonogram of twins comes out. This is going to be interesting.

It sucks for the champ to go through this so close to his fight but let's be real Floyd has a long history dating back to 2001 of being accused of battery by women. It's like the Michael Jackson allegations..first time i'll give you the benefit of the doubt, second time it's iffy, the third, fourth or fifth time we got a problem. Yeah she's a gold digger and she kinda knew what she was getting into but anyone with a mother, sister, etc ain't got no room to be up here saying a woman deserve her @ss beat.
