If Toney Beats Rahman Will People Make Excuses?

After every big fight, who ever wins gets torn down by some. Or built up as the greatest ever by others. Who ever loses is suddenly the worst fighter of all time for a week or so. Or lost because of some reasoning that is some how good enough proof that they would otherwise win and therefor didn't really lose.

Good point, boxing experts and fans tend to exaggerate but some more than others. But I dont think too many people are going to make excuses for Rahman, many dont have a lot of faith in him anyway and has a history of performing poorly.

Roy Jones said a long time ago the only heavyweight that could beat Toney is Rahman. This fight will determine the future of the division.

what is with all the negative approaches to fighters by some folks- we all love boxing yeah toneys a bowling ball - but he hasnt always been- and rahman has gotten plucked before- - it still could be a great fight as can any fight whether or not a fighter has lost some skill speed or never had any at all - i ve seen great foights by 2 class d fighters- anyhow toney by decision blob or not
