Are fans and the boxing media going to say Hasim Rahman is washed up? If that happens I'm going to be pissed, Rahman is a legitimate heavyweight. And if Toney beats him, he deserves the full credit.

i think that Toney is going to beat him. he has been focused on being heavyweight champ for a long time now.

this is the slickest fighter that Rahman has ever faced, that and Toney can easily outwork Rahman. Rahman gets lazy in the ring and resorts to throwing a punch at a time, you need more than that to beat Toney.

Toney isnt going to trade and go toe to toe, he's going to fight on the inside, slipping and dipping landing and stepping out and coming back in again.

Rahman is going to look to jab and land a right hand. that and plod forward........

i think that Toney is going to get a UD over Rahman.

Toney will get credit in the win column and a title, but it ain't like Rahman is a big deal. We don't even know if he shows up in shape, but nobody will say he's washed up since he never really was a top 5 heavy until now in spite of getting lucky with a punch on Lewis.

Toney's just milking heavies for paydays. His day is done regardless of who wins. He can't even punch his way out of his KFC bucket.

Are you kidding me? Toney is one of the best fighters in this sport. I think you get to caught up in his weight, hes a master technician.

Come on thats a bit harsh. When Roy Jones beat John Ruiz we were all saying what an amzing accomplishment it was. And it was, but so would Toney beating Rahman. I think he's the most exciting heavyweight out there and I think he can unify the titles.

Well not the WBA for another year, but apart from that...

Let me make this clear so all the ****weeds understand.

Toney in his prime at Super Middleweight would still beat Rahman in his prime at Heavyweight.

He's simply that much better of a fighter.

they are going to say that rahman is a nobody and has only fought nobody. RAHMAN would be a good indicator on how Toney would do against other big heavys

After every big fight, who ever wins gets torn down by some. Or built up as the greatest ever by others. Who ever loses is suddenly the worst fighter of all time for a week or so. Or lost because of some reasoning that is some how good enough proof that they would otherwise win and therefor didn't really lose.
