Nope. Haters definitely. no doubt about it

Cotto gets no credit here on NSB/BS other than the truly in the know boxing fans not blinded by nationalism period.

I like how everyone is predicting Cotto will destroy Trout in a rematch. He got dominated by Trout that night and all of a sudden he's gonna flip the switch. Oh wait, thats right, Roach is in his corner now! Smh....

Cotto gets all the credit. He's a great 4x Champion heading to the Hall of Fame. He pounded the F out of Margarito who cheated with packed hand wraps in their first encounter. Cotto, PAC, and Freddie have already said there will be no rematch between these two. They are good friends, they train together, and Cotto has grown too big for Manny, and Manny has no interest fighting anyone at 154 as he said following his beat down of Margarito.

The problem is, Cotto goes and collects a belt from a shot 40 yr old Sergio. Now Cotto doesn't want to defend it against anyone primed at 160. He clearly wants no part of GGG, the best at 160. He's not going to fight Quillin. He won't fight Rubio. So if all you want to do is wear that 160 belt to dinner, and not defend at 160, dump the belt and fight at 154. Don't insult fans by saying Gennady isn't good money. Who's the best money at 160 then??? Cotto?? That's fine! Take the larger portion of the gate and fight the best. When Canelo beats up Cotto at 154, he'll fight Gennady I guarantee you. He can't beat GGG, but it will be an epic war, and Canelo wants the best of the best. Just don't start playing these Floyd games about money & PPV%. You think Floyd would fight GGG? LOL, no chance.

You snagged a 160 belt. Defend against 160 pounder. Don't be expecting them to all drain down because you're unwilling to fight at 160.

Don't even bother talking logical boxing sense to Cotto fans. They're delusional way beyond their homerism.
