If Floyd can't read why did 50 send that letter to him in jail? You remember the one where 50 wanted Floyd to leave Al Haymon

I personally think this website and all the others should stick to boxing topics. What a man can or can't do in his personal life has absolutely nothing to do with me. I could care less. It takes a sick person to make fun of anyone who can't read. 50 Cent is an ignorant dude. His records are not selling and he is now irrelevant in the hip hop world. He sucks as a boxing promoter and damn near ruined Andre Dirrells career. So what does he do??? He verbally attacks the most gifted and talented and successful fighter in the game. Those that don't know 50, that is how he got to the top as a hip hop artist. He dissed Ja Rule, who was the best hip hop artist at the time, way back in 2000. That strategy is old and weak now.

If you have a life, why does it matter if Floyd can read or not and what does that have to do with his children??? Floyd has enough money to financially take care of his great, great, great grand kids. He has put his family in a situation to be taken care of for the next 3 or 4 generations. Now ask yourself, with all the debt that a college graduate has, will they ever be able to do that??? Hell no!!! So does it truly matter if he can read??? Hell no!!! He can pay someone to read for him. GTFO!!! The majority of people with so much to say about this probably wakes up every morning at 6am, and go to a job they can't stand. They get paid every 2 weeks and is damn near broke the very next day after paying the rent. BUT YOU CAN READ YOUR ASS OFF THOUGH, RIGHT? LMAO!!!!!!

I have a lot of respect for Floyd's skill in the ring, but I am honestly not a huge fan of his. But, I am intelligent enough to know a successful person when I see one. Whether he can read or not, he is a walking bank, and is one of the most accomplished fighters ever to lace them up. GO GET A LIFE!

Reading will not define your place in history.

Total refusal to fight the number 2 guy in your generation WILL define your place in history.

Want to know what people will think/say and how they will view you in 20 years time?

                Look at Rid**** Bowe.

Floyd Mayweather is the Rid**** Bowe of today.

                Fact!

                  Floyd Defended Himself Well

I'm a Pac fan, but I think that Floyd defended himself well here, and have made some wise comments about the mainstream's prejudice against people struggling with illiteracy.

Floyd's logic about illiteracy and intelligence is correct. They are not mutually exclusive. Illiteracy can result from social circumstances and not necessarily from a lack of intelligence.

I don't care if Floyd or anybody else is illiterate. Honesty and integrity comes from within, and literacy is not a required skill to show wisdom or compassion.

Perhaps at the twilight of his career, Floyd may finally be showing signs of maturity.

Before accusing somebody of being illiterate, make sure that your post is at least grammatically correct.

Can you say with all honesty that you can read a page of a Harry Potter book without committing any mistake as what 50 was daring May to do? Unless you are from Great Britain which I doubt, I'm sure you can't also properly pronounce the names of people, places mentioned there.

You are pathetic. Get a life.
