The Klits bros should teach him how to read....

      They're both intelligent and educated....

All everybody will remember about his career is that he ducked Pacquiao and that he can't read. Oh and that he beat the mother of his kids senseless close to death and went to jail for it.

        That's fact.

I'm surprised Boxing Scene never made an article on this quotable from Floyd yesterday.

If you read this article In the link I post at the bottom. It talks about how REPORTERS are TOLD ahead of time. EXACTLY what things they CAN or CANNOT ask. And if they go beyond their boundaries, they WILL NOT be ALLOWED to interview Mayweather again. So everything you read and everything you hear reporters ask Mayweather is to make him sound positive. And as soon as you hear certain quotes or phrases that he always seems to say.

It's to let the Reporter know. "Change the subject, I don't like that question" ... for instance when you hear Mayweather say "LIKE I SAID BEFORE..." or "I'M NOT HERE TO TALK ABOUT THAT..." That means "after I finish what I'm saying, ASK A DIFFERENT QUESTION"...

If the reporters don't oblide by the guidelines or write positive things. They risk the chance of not being able to interview Mayweather again.. And interviewing Mayweather or Pacquiao is ALWAYS GOOD WORK and/or news for a reporter.

EXAMPLE: Remember when Mayweather went to jail. NO REPORTER WAS ALLOWED TO BRING UP "WHY HE WENT TO JAIL". They WERE NOT ALLOWED, TO REMIND THE PUBLIC WHY HE WAS IN JAIL. INSTEAD REPORTERS WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT "HOW BAD AND AWFUL MAYWEATHER WAS TREATED OR HOW BAD HIS HEALTH WAS BECOMING FOR HAVING BAD FOOD OR NO BOTTLED WATER IN PRISON.. HOW HARSH HIS CONDITIONS WERE IN JAIL. YET NOBODY SEEMED TO MENTION "UH IT'S CALLED JAIL" NOT "MGM RESORT" .. It wasn't even PRISON.. It was COUNTY JAIL.. ANYBODY CAN HANDLE COUNTY JAIL.. FOR 9 MONTHS even... IT'S PRISON THAT'S HARD TO HANDLE..... ANYWAYS... NOW THE LINK

I think Floyd dropped outta school in about the 9th grade. So I don't doubt he has trouble reading. The bigger issue is that Floyd's situation isn't uncommon in boxing. Most of these guys don't finish school. And most of them don't become the multi-millionaire that Floyd is. And that's probably a big reason why most of these guys go broke, end up in trouble, and/or on drugs. Its sad moreso than funny.

Floyd will never think that he should say the same thing. If he was so illiterate; he would not be the millionaire that he is today.

There are so many college graduates that wish to have his money, instead of a college degree and is broke and or homeless!!!

What a lot of you don't seem to know is that Muhammad Ali had admitted problems with literacy. He also had a similar relationship with the media as Mayweather does. And he was once handed a book turned upside down and asked to read a page from it during a live television broadcast. He balked at the prank and stormed off set and out of the interview. How many people remember that?
