In many black neighborhoods, businesses belonging to other racial/ethnic groups abound; you typically won't see that type of thing in the neighborhoods of other ethnic groups.

We in Jamaica, use the term "Chiney" but our motto is "out of many one people", so it is more cultural for us. Never heard of anyone got offended by it.
