I am a Canelo supporter but I don't like this fight. You can tell this instance that Clottey will be a shell and Canelo will use him as a punching bag. It will be a boring fight that will drag out for 12 rounds and then Clottey smiles at the end because he survived.

Kirkland would be THE fight to make at the moment BUT I don't know how plausible it is when Kirkland is having promotional or some similar issues at the moment.

It's kinda hard to win a fight with 2 broken hands. There's excuses and there's facts. The fact is Clottey broke both his hands. Probably broke them by blocking so many of Antonio "Hands of Stone" Margarito's punches

clottey was a good fighter 5 or 4 years ago. clottey is clearly past prime now as a result of all the inactivity.

Clottey?? I wanted to see him fight Kirkland. What happened to that fight??? It's a pretty safe fight cause Clottey has no chance. He's past it and will just stand there right in front of Canelo with his peek-a-boo guard up throughout the whole fight and won't let his hands go. Canelo will rip his body and throw lots of combinations. Canelo is going to look like a beast in this fight and I guess Canelo will try to be the first one to stop Clottey.
